DIVORCE AND FAMILY LAW

Over the past 26 years, first in New York and now in Florida, Mr. Friedman has represented both men and woman involved in Family and Divorce law proceedings involving child custody, child support, alimony, equitable distribution of assets and domestic violence issues. Because of his extensive experience in all phases of Divorce law Mr. Friedman has the ability to efficiently evaluate your rights and the experience and know how to secure those rights in the divorce process. While Mr. Friedman strives to resolve all Family law matters without the need for contested litigation he is not afraid to and has the experience and know how to vigorously prosecute your case in court if necessary.

COMMERCIAL LAW AND LITIGATION

Over the past 25 years Mr. Friedman has represented many corporate and individual clients' establishing business entities, in drafting shareholder agreements, employment agreements and various business contracts. In addition Mr. Friedman has prosecuted and defended 100s of commercial disputes in State and Federal Court and before the American Arbitration Association. Mr. Friedman's combination of transactional and litigation experience has enabled Mr. Friedman to counsel clients on ways to avoid the litigation process and it has also enhanced his understanding and ability to represent clients in business disputes that result in contested litigation.

SERIOUS PERSONAL INJURY

Mr. Friedman began his law career in New York City preparing and trying personal injury cases. Upon his relocation to Florida in 1988 Mr. Friedman has maintained his personal injury practice but limits his representation to those unfortunate citizens who have suffered serious personal injuries.
